The Hungarian GP: Lando Norris excels Oscar Bayastiri to complete the dual Friday practice, as McLaren dominates Budapest | F1 news

Lando Norris has completed a double practice in the Grand Prix of the Hungarian award, as it surpassed his teammate McLaren Oscar Pastari in the second session on Friday.

In the last round before the summer vacation in Formula 1, Norris fell the first blow against the leader of the World Championship, Bayastiri, who handed over a time of 1: 15.624 to lead the Australian by about three tenths seconds.

PiaSSTRI extended his interest – in what appears to be a bilateral horse race for drivers’ title – to 16 points by overcoming Norris in Belgium at the end of last week, but the British has an early edge in one of its favorite circles in the calendar.

Although there were no points in practice, it was clear that both drivers were pushing very strongly as on PiaSSTRI and then Noris had to show their quick reactions to avoid hitting barriers during the second session.

There was also a strange moment late in the session, as the flagship flag already waved, when the pair was almost clashed at the turn 1 where Norris appeared from drilling to prepare to start training.

Charles Licerrick was tenth of Pastrei in third place for Ferrari, but Luis Hamilton was four tenths of his teammate in sixth place, leaving the Aston Martin Lance Stroll and Fenningo Alonso.

The shift to the previous repetition of their suspension in paying the profits of Mercedes, as George Russell had to settle in seventh place, with his teammate Kimi Antonelle tenth.

However, the biggest surprise was the MAX Verstapen’s lack of a pace, as the closest McLaren driver in the arrangement of drivers was not satisfied with the balance of his car as he finished more than a second of the pace at the fourteenth.
