The Houthis are the second Red Sea shipping ship within a week

Six crew members were rescued, at least three others were killed after a cargo ship by the Yemeni Houthis and sank in the Red Sea, according to a European naval mission.

The Greek -run eternity was carrying 25 crews when it was severely damaged and lost all the payment after it was hit with bombs filled with missiles fired from small boats on Monday, according to the UKTO.

The attack continued on Tuesday and the search rescue began overnight.

Iranian -backed Houthis said that they attacked the eternity C because it was heading to Israel, and that they took an unspecified number of crew to a “safe location.”

The American embassy in Yemen said that the Houthis “kidnapped many of the remaining crew members” and called for their immediate release.

The authorities in the Philippines said that 21 crew were citizens. The last of them is a Russian citizen seriously injured in the attack and lost his leg.

This is the second ship that the Houthis drowned within a week, after the group launched on Sunday the missiles and drones in another shipping ship around the Liberian, which is run by the Greek, which they claimed to “belong (ED) to a company that violates the ban on entry to the occupied Palestinian ports.”

Video footage released by the Houthis on Tuesday showed armed men climbing to the ship and putting a series of explosions that caused them to be drowned.

On Wednesday, the European Federation’s maritime mission in the Red Sea, an operation of Asbas, said it was involved in the international response to the attack on eternity C and that “six members of the Castaway crew have been recovered from the sea.”

The US State Department condemned the attacks on the magic seas and eternity, which said, “It proves the constant threat posed by the Houthi rebels supported in Iran to freedom of navigation and to economic and maritime security.”

“The United States has been clear: we will continue to take the necessary measures to protect freedom of mobility and commercial charging from Houthi terrorist attacks, which must be condemned by all members of the international community.”

In a separate development on Thursday, the Israeli army said that its air forces intercepted a missile fired from Yemen. He did not give more details.

In May, the Houthis agreed to the ceasefire with the United States seven weeks of intense American strikes on Yemen in response to the attacks on international shipping.

However, they said that the agreement does not include the end of the attacks on Israel, which conducted multiple rounds of retaliatory strikes on Yemen.

The Secretary -General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) called for extensive diplomatic efforts in the wake of the new wave of attacks.

“After several months of calm, the resumption of unfortunate attacks in the Red Sea constitutes a renewed violation of international law and freedom of navigation,” said Arseino Dominguez.

He warned: “The innocent seas and locals are the main victims of these attacks and pollution they cause.”
