Chicago (Reuters) -The CEO of African Airlines, Barry Bever, said on Tuesday that the budget airline is witnessing an opportunity to develop its stake in the market, thanks to the financial problems in the Spirit Geralins lines and the South West Airlines decision to end its policy of allowing the free bags examined.
