The French government is likely to face a vote without confidence this week, as Prime Minister Francois Bayro said he is planning to pay his budget plans through Parliament without a vote using the Note 49.3 law now. The latter, which was used by former Prime Minister Michelle Barnier, allows the government to overcome legislators when adopting laws.
