The Federal Judge orders Google to end the exclusive search distribution deals, but will not force Google to SE

The ruling in the anti-monopoly case of the Ministry of Justice against the mother alphabet of Google stopped what could have been the most severe governmental measures for decades to reduce the power of monopoly-and recognize the tremendous impact that potential artificial intelligence technology could cause on the search market.

“Prosecutors have exceeded the forced strip” of the Google web browser and the Android operating system “that Google did not use to influence any illegal restrictions.” But he said, the emergence of obstetric artificial intelligence “is not the course of this issue.”

“In contrast to the typical case in which the court’s function is to resolve the dispute based on historical facts, the court here is required to look at a crystal ball and look at the future. It is not exactly the judge of the judge.”
