The Faro Islands launched trips, but keep the confidentiality

The Faro Islands offer road trips to travelers looking to explore outside the usual hot points.

On Tuesday, the Tourism Council of the Danish archipelago launched 30 tracks taking travelers in self -guidance rounds. Tours can be reached over the phone, but each secret station is kept throughout the trip.

“You never know where you’ll end, and none of the roads have been published,” said Marta Karadutrire, director of content content and communications at the organization. “We are trying to keep this type of curiosity with travelers … (and) make travel a little more unexpected.”

“We really want people to get this feeling … other places in the world where you are alone with nature,” said Karadot.

Trips take visitors to small villages, less well -known restaurants and monitoring points, where travelers can stop, rise and spend time, according to a press statement. Karadottter said that some prisoners take travelers from one island to another via the ferry as well.

She said that each trip takes between three and six hours, depending on the period that travelers want to spend at each station.
