Officials said on Monday that the death of a fire last week at an industrial factory in the Russian Rayzan area had risen to 24, with at least 157 people.
The fire broke out on Friday at the Elastic factory in the Shilovsky area, about 155 miles southeast of Moscow. The Ministry of Emergency Positions in Russia said that the emergency crews continued to search through the debris.
The government news agency Ria Novosti reported that a workshop in the facility caught fire and an explosion. The photos released by officials show some of the building that was reduced to the rubble.
Investigators are looking for the cause of the fire.
Local authorities announced on Monday the day of mourning in Raysan.
