A White House official confirmed on Friday that President Donald Trump’s experimental imports will work for countries that already have drugs in trade agreements with the United States.

The official said that according to the conditions of the framework, the duties of the European Union will be crowned by 15 %. Japanese drugs will be subject to the agreed rate in its agreement, with a joint statement between the United States and Japan that shows that the customs tariff for Japanese drugs and semi -conductors will not exceed those applied to other partners, including the European Union.

Trump announced on Thursday that the United States will impose a 100 % tariff “on any patented or patented product, unless the company is building the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Factory in America”, which is known as “a break and/or under construction.” He added that no tariff “if construction begins.”

The sudden advertisement pushed questions in foreign capitals about whether the current agreements are still in practice. The White House official said that companies that announce the plans of building US facilities will also qualify for exemptions while the Ministry of Trade will review and agree with their projects.

In recent days, the administration has moved to impose trade understanding in the European Union. Earlier this week, the United States reduced a car tariff to 15 % of 25 % in addition to current prices.
