Kanspelautoriteit (KSA) raised concerns about the process of analyzing the online gambling in the Netherlands, after a study approved.

The “study report on risk analysis of games provided by licensed gambling operators”, published on Friday (5 September), showed major concerns by KSA about the functions of the risk analysis framework used in the licensed sector.

Although the current approach meets the minimum legal requirements, the reality is very different, it is short in protecting effective players.
KSA is known to support strict requirements and expectations, with many recent examples of enforcement against entities that were not compatible.
