The deadly Texas floods cause destruction

At least 24 people died and dozens of people have won in clear floods in Texas on Independence Day, according to the American authorities.

“Within 45 minutes, the Guadalobi River rose 26 feet and was a devastating flood,” said Dan Patrick Lieutenant, Lieutenant Dan Patrick.
