The Crime Agency in the United Kingdom is freezing the London properties linked to the former Bangladesh regime

The British National Crime Agency in Britain obtained freezing orders on two real estate in London owned by an ally son of Bangladesh leader Sheikh Hasina, following allegations that its regime was embezzled his money.

These real estate is owned by Ahmed Shayan, Vazeloor Al -Rahman, the son of Salman in Rahman, a Bangladesh businessman who was an investment advisor to Sheikh Hasina and Asim Balgldeshi Pochico, according to the company and property company.

One of them is a luxury apartment in 17 Grosvenor Square in London, which was purchased in 2010 for 6.5 million pounds, while the other was obtained in Gresham Gardens in North London, for 1.2 million pounds in the following year.

Sheikh Rihanna, the sister of Sheikh Husaynah and the mother of the former UK City SiddiqShe lived in Grasham Gardens, according to Roll’s electoral records in the United Kingdom, although it is not clear whether she is still staying there.

“We can confirm that NCA has received property freezing orders in 17 Grosvenor Square, London, Gresham Gardens, London, as part of the ongoing civil investigation. We cannot comment more at this time,” NCA.

The freezing order is a court that prevents the original from being dispensed.

Its president, Mohamed Abdel -Medin, told the Financial Times that Salman and Ahmed Rahman are suspected of embezzlement by the Anti -Corruption Committee, Bangladesh.

Property is displayed through foreign companies on Man island, and displays deposits.

A spokesman for Ahmed Al -Rahman said: “Our customer denies any participation in any alleged violations in the strongest possible conditions. Of course, he will participate with any investigation taking place in the United Kingdom.”

They added: “It is known that there is a political revolution in Bangladesh, where many allegations are offered against hundreds of individuals. We expect the UK authorities to take into account.”

It is not possible to reach Sheikh Rihanna and Salman Rahman immediately to comment.

Sheikh Hasina, who ruled from 2009 to August 2024, was overthrown after the street protests led by students against her authoritarian rule. It is currently residing in India.

Mohamed Younis, an economist in Nobel, assumed responsibility for a temporary government seeking to reform institutions, such as the police, media and the judiciary, which he claims was arrested by the Awami Association Party.

After the uprising last year, Yunus was called Best Mansour, the governor of the Central Bank, to oversee an effort to respond to the value of billions of dollars that he claims was mixed by people close to the old regime.

Yunus’s interim government freezes accounts and seized the assets of some of these people and works with the authorities in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries to try to recover funds.

Supporters of the absolute Al -Awami Association, previously banned by the Yunus government this month, accused the new administration of following the political revenge in a campaign against the alleged corruption by the old regime.

The steal of my friend, the daughter of Sheikh Husaynah’s sister and she is still a deputy employment, is involved in the scandal after she was named in the corruption investigations that the new Bangladesh regime began.

She denied committing any violations, but she resigned in January amid warnings that it was risked by the British government’s reputation.
