The Ministry of Governmental efficiency (DOGE) won a major legal victory on Tuesday.
The Federal Appeal Court ruled that Dog will reach some possible sensitive data on Americans – from the education departments and the treasury treasury and from the Personnel Management Office.
A committee of judges from the Fourth US Court of Appeal raised a preliminary judicial order that temporarily prevented access, noting privacy concerns. Computerized data can include access to social security numbers, migration and citizenship. The judiciary will continue in the case on one foundation, but at the present time it is a legal victory for the Trump administration.
