The center is likely to agree to a reward for railway employees before Diwali: Sources

With Diwali’s tour in the corner, the cabinet is likely to approve a reward for railway employees. Government sources said today that the cabinet is likely to erase the proposal related to productivity at its next meeting.

The reward, which has extended to unprepared railway employees, aims to realize their contribution to the efficiency and performance of the Indian railway. Last year, nearly 11 employees received payments, enhancing morale and festive spending at the country level. A similar announcement this year is expected to lead to a similar ripples.

The All India Railwaymen (Airf) also called for an increase in the reward -related bonus, and said that the continuation of the monthly roof of $ 7,000 for its “fully unjustified” account and urgently requires reorganization with current wage structures and wages.
