The officers at Pococi Prison in Costa Rica wiped a cat bearing two binds of drugs associated with their body.
According to a statement on Facebook from the country’s Ministry of Justice, the guards discovered the animal in a green area of prison on May 6, before seizing it.
The authorities said that the cat was carrying a package containing 235.65 grams of marijuana and 67.76 grams of heroin, adding that the drugs had been confiscated and the animal was delivered to the national animal health service for healthy evaluation.
