The case of Ed against Vigay Devirakonda, Rana Dajoubati, Prakash Raj, others in the fraud process

The Enforce Directorate (ED) registered a case against 29 celebrities regarding the submission of an alleged betting request. The case depends on the first (FIR) information report provided by the Cyberbad Police in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Among the two calls are the actors, Vigay Deferkonda, Rana Dajobati, Manchu Lakshmi, Prakash Raj, Nida Agarawal, Anania Nagala, and TV broadcaster Sarimukh. ED checks the financial transactions and the digital path related to individuals. The father’s investigation is ononging.

Earlier, on March 19, the Miabur Police in Cyberbad registered a case against 25 people, including Rana Dajobati, Prakash Raj, Manchu Lakshmi, and Nedi Agharwal, allegedly promoting requesting requests. Fir, which was reached by India today, states that the actors and influential media outlets have been charged under Articles 318 (4) and 112, read with Article 49 of the Nia Sanhita spices, Section 4 of the Tilanga Games Law, and Article 66-D of the IT law.

These sections deal with fraudulent activity, illegal promotion of games, and online deception. Fir states that Rana Daggubati, Prakash Raj Roglee Rummy, Vijay Deverakonda Rouge A23, Manchu Lakshmi Yolo 247 promoted, and promoted Praneetha in Fairplay, and Nidhi Agarwal Rouge for Jet Win. The allegations state that the actors and influencers have promoted these platforms for betting through advertisements emanating online, which may encourage illegal gambling.

Prakash Raj explained to X that he promoted the games application in 2016 but withdrew in 2017 after realizing that he was inappropriate. He said he had not promoted any games requests since then and would cooperate if she approached the police.

Rana Djoubati said that his support for the skills -based gaming platform ended in 2017 and was limited to the legally permitted areas. His legal team stated that support was compliance with the Supreme Court distinguishing between skills -based games and gambling.
