Hello friends! How are you? I hope you will spend a beautiful morning!
We enjoyed all Seville adventures, and we go to the bed at least in the middle of the night, then we sleep every day. I managed to get some time to read before bed and detonate through four books. Two were terrible, and two were excellent. I share the summary below and I would like to hear what you enjoyed this summer!
The books I have recently read
E orphan Written by Kelly Rimmer
This one destroyed me completely. He was placed in World War II Poland and follows a teenage girl who begins to smuggle Jewish children from the Jewish neighborhood. Writing is beautiful, and although the topic is heavy, it is a kind of book that sticks to you for a long time after its completion. We highly recommend if you are in a mood for an emotional and powerful thing. 9/10
from Amazon:
In the spring of 1942, the young Elzbieta Rabinek realizes the growing dispute outside the yard of her comfortable home. It has no passion for the Germans who patrol in its streets and impose a curfew, but they have never thought about what is going on behind the walls that contain its Jewish neighbors. She knows very well about German brutality – that is why she should hide her true identity. But in friendship with Sarah, the nurse who shares her apartment, Elzbieta discovers her pushes her to a dangerous world of deception and heroism.
The use of pleasant credentials to smuggle children from the Jewish neighborhood brings Elzbieta face to face with the reality of war behind its walls, and to the plight of the Gorka family, which must make an impossible decision to abandon their newly born daughter or watch her hunger. For Roman Gurka, this final injustice provokes him on the rebellion with enthusiasm, not even his new love for Zebta, can be suppressed. But his recklessness attracts unwanted attention to a pleasant issue, which unintentionally puts Elizita and her family in the way of harm in order to threaten a violent act by destroying their opportunity for freedom forever.
The same time next summer Written by Annabel Monaghan
The main character is about to marry what appears to be as if * the ideal man * but he runs to her old boyfriend (who broke her heart years ago). The sparks begin to fly again and end up until “what could have been” energy with a side of family dynamics and summer nostalgia. I loved the idea of this second romantic book, and the author is great (Nora Gost Off Script is one of my favorite beach readings), but this was boring and slow for me. I had to compel myself to finish it. 10/2
from Amazon:
Sam’s life on the right track. She has an ideal doctor’s fiancé, Jack (his strict routine is a good thing, really), which is a great work in Manhattan (unless they shoot it), and he is about to wander around a wedding place near the Long Island Beach house for her family. Everything should go to planning, however the moment you arrive, Sam senses something. White here. Her White. But there is no reason for a thirty -year -old engagement woman to feel panic around the man who broke her heart when she was seventeen. right?
However, after returning to this beach, notes from the White guitar via the night from the neighborhood as if no time has passed – the memories of Sam go back: White leather feeling on her salary, nights in the tree house, and the truth behind their division. Sam recalls those who used to be, and while White re -life is that her relationship cannot be denied as she was always. It will have to choose.
People’s wedding Written by Alison Espash
This is a very common one, and I found it completely messy. A woman appears in a luxury hotel and ends up in the “wedding people” who have acquired property for a whole week. This was really different from anything you recently read, but this was not necessarily a good thing. I kept waiting for some lives or the great moment, and this was a flat one for me. The end was not even compensated for reading. 10/2
from Amazon:
It is a beautiful day in Nioport, Rod Island, when Vibi Stone reaches the Cornwall Grand dress wearing a green dress and his heels, not a bag on the horizon, alone. I immediately made a mistake by every person in the hallway to one of the people who reach a wedding, but it is in fact the only guest in Cornwal who is not here for the big event. Phoe here because she dreamed of coming for years – she was hoping to light the shells and take the sunset of the sun with her husband, and now she is here without him, at the bottom of the rocks, and she was determined to boast another to circumvent itself. Meanwhile, the bride represented all the details and every disaster possible at the end of the week might result in it, except for the Vapi and Fouby plan – which makes it more surprising when the two women could not stop stopping each other.
With funny, ridiculous and fragrant bars, Alison Spache is eventually an incredibly accurate and thorough look at the winding paths that we can take to the places that we never imagined – and sometimes coincidentally faced to redirect to us.
For the love of friends Written by Sarah Godmanno
This was Farhan, which I was expecting because all SGC books made me literally Lol. A woman agrees that the bridesmaids are in five wedding parties (why ?? Think about the moments of the groom, ugly dresses, and a lot of exciting drama. It was a light light reading, still had a few moments in front of it. 9/10
from Amazon:
Laila Weiss is the worst nightmare for her mother: thirty-two and single-horror! She is also a talented writer but is hiding behind a boring job in the science institution. For her friends, she is reliable and self -denial, which is the way she ends in the summer of honor in five wedding parties in six weeks. Anything for her three best friends and brothers (younger), right? Even if her emotional life is … well, she does not talk about it. To keep her mind, Laila needs a safe place to vent.
Thus, her unknown blog, BRIDESMANIA. The posts that flow from: all the feeling towards Mom-Zillas, the balance of its fading bank, the bridesmaids of the west in the West, the high brides that exist, the physical clothes, the single parties, and the SPANX for several days, not to mention that the severity of its eight-year-old brother (who enjoys the morning mimosas in its brother is.
So far, the blog has remained unknown. But as everyone knows, a few things online are still secret forever …
When everything is said and done, can Laila help the five husbands in happiness at all? Will her happy end will be close to her?
Well, friends: Which wonderful readings do you recommend? Which classics that you re -read over time?
xoxo
