Some job seekers in 2025 may be looking for remote jobs, and a recent report from FlexJobs identified the companies with the highest number of roles that offer this arrangement.
Job posting site Flexible Job Solutions ranked #1 on its site”Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025“The list was released earlier this week.
The company, which also took first place last year, describes itself as an “outsourced contact center provider.”
FlexJobs determined its ranking of work solutions and the other 99 companies it listed by looking at “more than 60,000 companies and remote job postings” in 2024. It considered fully remote and hybrid roles Remote jobs.

In second place on the “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025” list after Working Solutions was Liveops, a call center solutions company. Like business solutions, it maintained the same status as the previous year.
Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group sought candidates for the third-highest number of remote positions in 2024, making it third-best in 2025. Remote work companies, according to the report. The healthcare giant is one of a handful of companies that has the distinction of appearing in the rankings “every year since its debut in 2014,” FlexJobs said.

Recruitment firm Kelly and telecommunications company Telus rounded out the top five, according to the report.
Sixth place went to Robert Half International, a recruitment company based in California. FlexJobs said Prime Therapeutics took seventh place, followed by Transcom in eighth place.
The rankings put BCD Travel in ninth place for 2025. The travel management company employs more than 15,000 workers, according to its website.

Rounding out FlexJobs’ top 10 for remote jobs was Amplify Education. The company says on its website that it “creates core and supplemental curriculum, K-12 assessment and intervention programs” and reaches about 15 million American students.

FlexJobs also highlighted the “top remote Job titles To be on the lookout for companies.” They included an accountant, a software engineer, an account manager, a customer service representative and a project manager, among others.
Pay for such jobs varies. Accountants saw an average of $79,880 annually in 2023, while customer service agents earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56% of full-time American workers indicated they were “already looking for a new job or planning to start” in 2025.

About 17% of respondents looking to make a career change identified a desire to work remotely as their “main reason,” according to the survey.
Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that more than 23% of workers who are at least 16 years old worked remotely from home “some” or “all” hours in November.
