The BBC unveils a network of random mail mourners who benefit from Holocaust International Amnesty International

An international network of random mail mourners found pictures created by AI for Holocaust victims on Facebook.

Organizations dedicated to maintaining the Holocaust memory says that the pictures leave survivors and families an ordeal.

The parent company also criticized Facebook, saying that it allows users on its platform to convert the atrocities into a “emotional game”.

There are only a few real photos from inside the Auschwitz detention camp during World War II.

But in recent months, Amnesty International has published from the Aflidis intelligence false images claiming to be from inside the camp, such as a prisoner who plays with violin or lovers meeting on the borders of the walls – attracts tens of thousands of likes and participants.

“Here we have a person who makes stories … for a kind of strange emotional game that occurs on social media,” said Pauli’s Paul Sweiki, a memorial spokesman for Poland.

“This is not a game. This is a real world, real suffering and real people we want and need to celebrate.”

The British Broadcasting Corporation has followed many of these photos on a network of content establishments residing in Pakistan who are closely cooperating on how to earn money on Facebook. One of the accounts named Abdel Mongol, listed in the Living list in Pakistan, published screenshots that they claim to have received $ 20,000 through social media liquefaction plans, including Meta. Among the many Facebook posts from Abdel Mongoli’s account, many of the images created from artificial intelligence to the victims of fictional Holocaust and fake stories that included a child hiding under the floor plates or leaving a child on the train tracks outside the detention camp.

The BBC’s online activities analysis indicates the account and dozens of others like that it is published almost exclusively “AI SLOP”.

The term refers to images and text of low -quality artificial intelligence, which is usually produced in large and spoiled sizes on social media.

Auschwitz has become a common topic of pages and groups bearing the topic of history. Some with names such as “immortal stories” and “History Haven” were publishing more than 50 times a day.

In June, the Auschwitz Museum warned that such accounts were stealing their leaflets, and dealing with them through artificial intelligence models and often falsifying historical details or fully manufacturing novels and victims. In a Facebook post, the museum said that these pictures were “dangerous distortion” “that does not respect the victims and bother their memory.”

Mr. Sweiki said that a tsunami of fake pictures undermines the Auschwitz memorial mission to increase the awareness of the Holocaust.

“We have already started getting comments on our Facebook posts as” Oh, this is a picture created from artificial intelligence, “he said.

The survivors and families are annoyed by increasing the curvature of the artificial intelligence of the Holocaust, according to a organization that enhances the education of Holocaust and research.

Although he says that he does not create any pictures of the Holocaust himself, and he did not know the meaning of the word when he asked at first, he works in Facebook groups themselves like those who do it.

Other creators seem to agree. The British Broadcasting Corporation has seen step -by -step educational videos on how to use common artificial intelligence models to create a continuous fake pictures and text.

In one video clip, the creator asked AI Chatbot to include the main historical events they can use as a basis for creating content and was given the Holocaust as one of its answers.

Other tips provided by some creators include advice on how to deceive the masses, by impersonating their page other entities to build the masses and become qualified for the Meta CM program.

Facebook has a page transparency feature, which allows users to track the previous names of pages. Using this, the British Broadcasting Corporation found many pages that have published Amnesty International, which was once a group of different entities including official firefighting departments in the United States, commercial companies, and American influencers – all without their consent.

These pages, according to public creators, can be sold or rented for those looking to storm the content of the content.

The BBC asked about many identification files that published the content of artificial intelligence under the title of Holocaust and it seems that it participated in deceptive practices.

Several personal files and groups were removed, including those that were originally marked by the Auschwitz Memorial Monument in June.

A spokesman for the technology giant said, while these fake photos did not violate their content policies, as she achieved it and found that it broke its rules about impersonating a personality or trading pages.

And they said: “We have removed the pages and groups shared with us and hung the accounts behind them because of its violation of our policies on random mail and unreliable behavior.”

Amnesty International has been used in the past to celebrate the burning and bring the stories of real victims to life, but Dr. Williams from the Holocaust Alliance warns that there is a danger that can contribute to a feeling that the history of the Holocaust is fabricated in one way or another.

“Any form of severe manipulation is something that we should be ashamed of,” he said.
