The American pilot, Ethan Qouh, was released from a Chilean air base in Antarctica after he was arrested for two months, alleging his plane illegally landing in Chilean territory.
Mr. GUO, 20, was released on Saturday. A $ 30,000 donation was ordered (22,332 pounds) and prevented him from entering the Chilean lands for a period of three years.
The young and influential pilot of landing on his plane is accused without permission after the officials were given a false flight plan, as he was making a single flight to all seven continents to raise funds for cancer research.
Mr. GUO is “well”, his lawyer Jimmy Barrentos Ramirez told the American BBC CBS News.
His lawyer said, “Of course, we do not agree with the legal process that was opened against him, but it was already closed with a kind of separation.”
Child cancer research is expected to donate within 30 days. He must also leave the country as soon as possible.
BBC has reached Mr. Barrientos Ramírez for comment.
Ethan was a nineteen -year -old when he started his journey to become the youngest person to fly alone to every continent, and he hoped simultaneously collecting a million dollars (740,300 pounds) for cancer research through St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis.
After he visited six of seven continents, in June, his small plane flew in Cesana 182Q from Punta, near the far south of Chile, to King George Island off the Atlantic coast.
The island was called by Chile and was named after King George III in the United Kingdom.
Mr. GUO, who is originally from Tennessee, was held after landing on the island, which includes a number of international research stations and its employees.
The authorities said he had a plan to travel over Arenas Punta, but not after that, according to CBS News, the American PBC partner.
On June 29, he was charged with allegedly delivering the wrong information to control the land and land without permission, but it was dropped by a judge last month.
He previously said that he wanted to continue to continue his original mission as soon as he can leave the military base.
