According to Daily MailA source familiar with the situation revealed the motive behind Pitt’s quest to resolve his controversial divorce dispute with his ex-wife Jolie.

An insider told the media outlet that the 61-year-old actor is “relaxed” about the split after feeling fed up with it because he believed Jolie was “drag-rolling” about the divorce.

They added that his intention to marry his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, in 2025, is the reason behind his choice to finalize their divorce.

“They are looking to get married next year and Brad has settled down because he wants to keep his kids by his side while his new marriage moves forward,” the insider shared. He added: “It is clear that Enas is keen to have children as well, and she pressured him to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.”

The “Fight Club” star began dating Ramone two years ago and is said to have introduced her to his inner circle, including her close friend George Clooney.

Another source said of the actor: “Brad will be relieved that he can finally move on and get married again. He wanted to settle his divorce long before now, but he thinks Angelina has been stalling.”
