The Federal Appeal Court has canceled a legal matter that requires US President Donald Donald Trump’s administration to close the Alcatraz crocodile, which allowed the immigration detention center to stay open.

In the ruling of 2-1, the American Court of Appeal granted the eleventh department from Florida and the US Department of Internal Security to prevent a court order in the court while the case plays.

“The Alcatraz crocodile is in fact, as we have always said, open to work,” said Ron Desantis, the governor of Florida.

Last month, the American boycott judge, Cathlein Williams, ordered the expansion of the facility and because it exceeds it within 60 days.

Judge Williams, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, agreed with environmental groups and an original American tribe who argued that the facility should have been subject to federal environmental reviews.

The Ministry of Internal Security began transferring the detainees from the Evergels website at the end of last month, according to this court order.

But on Thursday, the Court of Appeal concluded that government and unionist officials may succeed in showing that the facility was not subject to the National Environmental Policy Law.

Two of the judges appointed Trump wrote the majority. A certain judge from Obama.

The Ministry of Internal Security said that the appeal ruling was “a victory for the American people, the rule of law and a good sense.”

“This lawsuit was not about the environmental effects of converting an advanced airport into a detention facility.”

“It has always been about activists and judges on the open borders who are trying to prevent law enforcement from removing dangerous criminal foreigners from our societies, and complete stopping.”

The Republican Governor in Florida welcomed the decision.

“Some of the leftist judge spent an unreasonable manner that somehow was not allowed to use our property in this important task because they did not indicate an environmental effect,” Desantis said.

Friends of Everglades and other prosecutors in the environmental lawsuit have not yet been suspended.
