The accused falls a case of rape against Jay Z and Shawn Didi Combs

A lawsuit was rejected against Sean “Didi” Comes and Jay Z, who claimed that the rape of a 13 -year -old girl in 2000 was rejected, according to a legal report submitted on Friday in New York.

Court records showed that the lawyer, who represents the unknown plaintiff, is referred to as Jin -Du, was voluntarily withdrew the case.

The deposit was submitted by lawyer Tony Bouzbi, who represents dozens of prosecutors in lawsuits that claim sexual misconduct against Mr. Coms.

The deposits state that the plaintiff “submits a notice that … the procedure is voluntarily rejected, with bias.”

Since the separation with bias, the case cannot be resettled again in its current form.

Roc Nation, the entertainment company founded by Jay Z, and its legal name, Sean Carter, has issued a signature statement, in reference to the chapter in the name of “victory”.

“Various, fake and horrific allegations have been rejected.”

“This civil lawsuit was in vain and did not go anywhere. The imaginary story they created was funny, if not for the seriousness of the claims.”

“The shock that my wife, my children, and my loved ones can never be separated,” said the rapper, who marries the singer Beyonce.

He continued: “The courts must protect innocent people from accusing them without tearing up the evidence. The truth may prevail to all the victims and those accused falsely on an equal footing.”

Jay -Z lawyer, Alex Spiro, confirmed in a separate statement that the case “should not have been brought.”

He said in a BBC statement.

Jin de initially filed the lawsuit against Mr. Coms in October before adding the name Jay Z in December. She claimed that both men attacked her in 2000 after the MTV Video Music afterpaity Awards.

Jay Z strongly denied these allegations, claiming that his lawyer was sent “blackmail” in an attempt to force the settlement. He said that the attempt had a “opposite influence” and instead motivated him to defy accusations publicly.

In December, Jane de had an interview that raised questions about her credibility. She admitted that “not all the facts are clear,” and stated, “I made some mistakes. Maybe I made a mistake.”

Last month, Jay Z officially asked the court to reject the caseQuoting the contradictions in the accused’s account. The request was approved by analisa Torres, which led to the refusal of the lawsuit.

Although Jay-Z no longer faces a legal action in this case, Mr. Combs continues to fight more than ten civilian allowances.

In response to the dismissal of Friday, Mr. Compass’s legal team issued a statement announcing its innocence.

“For several months, we saw a case after a case filed by individuals who are hiding behind the lack of disclosure of his identity, and a more focused lawyer pushed him on the media headlines than legal merit. Fullly such a claim, others will collapse because there is no truth to them,” the statement says.

He added: “This is the first among many who will not stand up in a legal court.”

Mr. Coms has been held at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn, New York, since September 2024 on federal criminal charges related to blackmail and sex trafficking.

He was rejected on bail three times, and he will remain in detention until his trial on May 5, 2025.
