A 25 -year -old automatic learning engineer works with AI KRUTRIM dead in Agara Lake in Bangaluru. He claims that the technician died due to suicide because of the severe work pressure and an abusive director.

The body of the technician, which was identified in the name of Nikil Somwichi, was found on May 8 and the first information report was subsequently presented to consider the matter. The accident gained a traction on social media after a Reddit post from a user claiming to be a Somwanshi colleague who became viral.

Commenting on the accident, the company spokesman told PTI news agency: “We are deeply saddened by the death of one of our talented young employees, Somwanshi, on May 8.

In this post, the company’s work environment described it as a “shock”, especially for the new paint. Reddit user claimed that Somwanshi was leading a project with two other people despite being a newly graduated graduate.

He said that since he left the other players, Nichil was also running the burden of work. Then the user continued to talk about Somwanshi director, who, in his words, “has no real idea how to manage people.”

“He only attends calls, strikes the left, right and middle and disappears because he lives in the United States and most of the workforce is here in Bangalore. The words used in meetings, especially against beginners, it is just a shock,” I read the post.

According to the company, Somwanshi was on a personal vacation at the time of the accident.

Later, on April 17, he participated that he was feeling better but would benefit from an additional rest, and his vacation was extended accordingly.”
