Below is a copy of the interview with TY COBB, who held the position of a special consultant for the White House during the first term of President Trump, which was broadcast on “confronting the nation with Margaret Brennan” on September 28, 2025.

Margaret Brennan: Tai Cope now join us. He held the position of a special white consultant for the White House for less than a year during the first Trump administration, which helped coordinate the response to Robert Muller’s investigation of the Russian influence in the 2016 elections. The former White House Special Adviser to President Tae Cope: Good morning, Margaret. Thanks for hosting me.

Margaret Brennan: Well, we saw this procedure against former FBI director James Comey last week, and he was charged with two specific charges of his testimony in September 2020 to Congress on interfering in the Russian elections in 2016, the so -called Crossfire. From your point of view, what I heard about this situation, do you think it has sufficient material to already go to trial?

Cup: I’m not, really. Cope: I think this is an excellent question.
