Tens of thousands of tourists lined up on Friday to visit the Chinese Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, as it celebrated its 100th anniversary. Built in the early 15th century, the Forbidden City in Beijing was only opened to the public in 1925. France 24’s Jan Camensand Brumby reports.
