The reality TV star and mother of seven is taking some time to heal after a recent breast reduction surgery.

Lori, 32, shared a selfie on her Instagram Story this month, in which she was wearing a supportive bra and wrote in the caption: “4 days post op.” She also posed a poll to her followers, asking: “Do you want breast reduction videos?” With options of “yes” or “not really”.

The “Barely Famous” podcast host recently tipped off fans about the surgery, posting another shot via Instagram Story of herself in bed days ago, with the caption, “Out of surgery; lots of videos to come.”

Lori has been vocal in the past about wanting to surgically reduce her breasts.

During her May 17 podcast episode, Lori opened up about the conversation she had with her doctor about weight loss and the procedure.

“I want to get a boob job, right? I’m calling around. I’m doing these consultations to get a boob job,” she explained. “Do you know what they told me? They told me I needed to lose 40 pounds. So, 40 or 50 pounds, or about 50 pounds, but maybe they get away with 40 pounds, before they can even operate on me.

Lori explained that the ordeal was emotional for her.

“I wanted to do breast reductions, breast implants, breast lifts, whatever it was,” she said. “(My doctor) was like, ‘Do you still want to schedule this?’ “I’m literally crying. I’ve already started the water work.”

A few days after the podcast episode was released, Lowry spoke more about this via Instagram. She posted a clip of herself telling the story on her podcast along with a caption explaining in more detail what her doctor told her.

“What they actually said is that my BMI is just too high for surgery 🥲, so when I did the math, it came down to me needing to lose between 40 and 50 pounds 🫠.”

Lori talked about breast reduction surgery early in 2018 on her podcast “Coffee Convos.”

“When my trainer came here that day, he took all my measurements to do the weight loss stuff. He went to measure my chest and other things as well, and checked everything,” she said, adding that it was “excellent.” Nervous and hoping I can do the surgery.
