When asked if she had any regrets, Paul explained why she had no regrets.
“Everything I did brought me here and who I am today,” she wrote. “Do I wish I had done certain things completely differently.”

“I cry every day. This is sadness. Let it pass so it can pass and you can heal,” she said. “The more you resist the pain that comes at you, the longer you will suffer. I learned this the hard way.”
She also shared what her “biggest struggle” has been with co-parenting.
“The calm after the chaos. Losing time with your kids. The contradiction,” she said.
One fan asked: “What part of your growth are you most proud of?” She replied, “I had a spiritual awakening is what they call it. You’re conscious and now you realize you’re conscious. I know it sounds weird, but once you experience it, it’s crazy, wow where have you been?”

The MomTok leader has been very open about going to therapy to help her heal and grow. When asked what was the number one thing she learned during therapy, she said, “You think it would be as simple as it seems.”
She continued: “You will not get different results with the same procedures. Change is very difficult, especially when you are trying to rewire the brain.”
When another fan asked about the “best advice” she received from her therapist, Paul shared three things.
“Give these versions of you grace. I can’t give you what you don’t already have,” she explained. “The best part about healing is that you are helping others heal.”
Someone else asked Paul how she was “really” feeling, and Paul said she was “very sad” and “in a lot of pain.”
“This time is different because I have awareness, tools and people I can help,” she said. “I feel like I’m grieving everything at once.” “This year is going to be great but we will work through this as well.”

Paul doesn’t seem to shy away from the questions on her fans’ minds.

“It all comes to the surface,” Paul replied. “I’ve betrayed people, I’ve been at the bottom, I’ve been the villain, I’ve been the most hated on the internet. I want (to) give the same grace and forgiveness that I received.”
Another follower wanted to delve into her relationship woes, asking if her divorce or breakup with Mortensen was harder.
“I’m sad for both of them. I’ve been on a roll or a fight since then, had two miscarriages, went to jail while the entire internet talked about it all. Eventually the breakup became very painful,” she explained. “I woke up and now it’s all leaking out. And I’m like FUUU—K ME. But let’s stay strong, look at it, feel it, and let’s process it so we can move forward.”
Ball also responded to a question about how she dealt with the hate and bullying she experienced online.
“Ignore it,” she said. “It’s none of my business what they think, nor do I care.”
The first season of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” is currently streaming on Hulu and will first air on ABC on January 27 as part of ABC’s winter programming lineup. Season 2 is currently filming and, according to Paul, will be released on Hulu in May 2025.
