The film remains an explosion in English, and I haven’t lost anything I loved in the original Swedish version. It has been dealt with directly by film makers, and working with the original actors, allowing all those concerned to modify and control the movie as they saw an occasion in their creative process. This is not some automatic sludge, but the opportunity for artists themselves to build a direct bridge for the new fans and have full control of how foreign fans enjoy their work.
