The Trump administration aims to complete its commercial review by April 1 and plans to target what it calls the most “terrible” issues first, including countries that have significant trade surpluses with the United States and the highest tariff rates on American goods.

The president’s tariff will match the high tariff prices in other countries and aim to confront other commercial barriers such as exhausting regulations, value -added taxes, government subsidies, exchange rate policies and negotiations with some countries to reduce these barriers.
