Employees are still able to travel as they are needed and they can get out of the office or leave early, if appropriate, according to Nicole. However, “the virtual partners of support partners should work personally, in the Starbucks office, along with your team and the partners through the job.”

Niccol enhances profitability and improving the work environment after the company faced years of increasing pressure from union campaigns at the country level and consecutive disappointing, respectively, with a decrease in traffic.

He also reduced the list to accelerate operations in its cafes and reduce waiting times. He was also working to restore cafes to the aesthetic of the previous “café” with “personal touches” such as providing cups and writing cups with Sharpies, as well as returning the construction tape.
