I discussed in Previous jobs How do I like to stand on a straight bike. This is difficult, similar to running, which is great for the previous runner. But recently I couldn’t do it so much because my SI joint complains. This is not very bad in itself, but it can be an early sign of sciatica shivering that I definitely want to avoid. I mentioned the existence of problems in this in the past . But I remembered that my SI detailed belt can help in it, so I was trying this in my recent tours. Little by little, I add more than one place, and today I managed to stay away from a little of it without problems. I did this in Anderson Lake Province and dirt paths near the Coiot Crake path. I forgot how this also allows me to deal with harsh terrain because your legs absorb a lot of vibration when standing.

I was also avoiding the longest horse riding on my straight bike, but with the SI joint belt, I did a good job on a three -hour journey last Tuesday. It will be good to ride more erect and add more diversity in my training.
