“genuinely, I almost did not present my story Because I was not 100 % “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Well, this is the point, right?” Life will not be perfect all the time, nor we are. During these incomplete moments we need Return again and stick to institutions.


I started strongly, but in the sixth week of the challenge, I had to perform an unexpected surgery, which brought me out to the remainder of the challenge. Despite the road barriers, I stick to the foundations of LSF HBMP and I am now 12 pounds is lighter And a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If I take anything from my story, then this will be: Do not let the little holes destroy your entire journey! I could throw the towel and give up that, but I did not, and the results were exceeding amazing. You don’t have to be 100 % perfect to see the results.

“Old Lee” would have gave up the moment when I had surgery, and I think, “Burgha, I cannot be 100 % perfect, so what is the point?” But I realized that LSF is not just another diet or innovation – it’s really a lifestyle, and with maintenance in it! The past eight weeks have proven that for me and we hope that everyone will follow my Instagram trip. I never felt (or looked) better, and the confidence I have now is invaluable.

“The past three years have changed life for me. A family has started, and we now have two wonderful children, two and a half years and a nine -month -old child. After my son, I just added to what I already gained, but this time I wanted to stop looking at weight loss as one time, but a lifestyle forever could be preserved. But this is not the most important for me. In addition to my picture before and after this challenge, I have a Before and after the mentality. Before I think, if I don’t commit my plan, I failed. It may be restarted tomorrow. After I think, If I do not adhere to my plan, then there is nothing wrong, I am a human being! I am so I am looking for joy at the present time because I am still on my journey!

For me, this challenge was not perfect (although welcome 55 days of the application exercise series!), It was a matter of existence Discipline to push myself and stay steadily while the blessing is to accept it when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I had no energy to go to everything, but I still find a way to move at the present time and give my best. There were days when I enjoyed Ice Cream with my daughter, but I still make sure that I achieved my protein targets and made vegetables with every meal. I am very proud of what I have accomplished in the past eight weeks, but most importantly, I am proud of the framework that I created to continue achieving my goals and It has become the best version and a role model for my children and my husband!

SSD was a challenge to open the eye For me because it was my first 8 -week challenge to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and evaluate what was hindering me to be happy in my skin and really try to feed. I Excessive alcohol and try to be aware of what the calories are coming out and coming out! I am 1000 % I raised my activity With reward movements, applications training, and walking every day at least a tendency to work or with my dog. It was a good idea to see other women going through the same things that you were with scheduling, a sense of combustion, etc. Keep appearing for ourselves! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with moving my body again For 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but promoting mental perception and mood!
