Sound flow giant Spotify It appears to suffer from large -scale technical problems that affect thousands of customers around the world.
As of 10:45 am on the American East Coast (14:45 GMT) on Wednesday, Downloadetor showed more than 20,000 interruption reports on Spotify Worldwide. This is a decrease from early today when the turbulence of the tire reached its climax by more than 48,000.
Users said they are having difficulty downloading both the application and the website, playing or listening to songs and using their search function. But the disorders seem to be a decrease with progress today.
In addition to downloading and operating problems, the updates of the Spotify time indicated that some users were also having difficulty accessing the arterial support site.
“We are aware of some problems now and examine them!” Spotfi wrote at x on Wednesday morning. The company’s support account, Spotifycares, later added that “the correct team is on this and works to repair.”
Spotify immediately did not provide more information about what might cause power outage, but noticed in a follow -up post that “reports that this security hack is wrong.”
Spotify currently features more than 675 million users worldwide, including 263 million subscribers in more than 180 markets.
