Sports agent Jonathan Barnet is accused of rape in the American lawsuit

British British sports agent Jonathan Barnett was accused of raping a woman more than 39 times, in an American suit.

In a civil complaint submitted to a local American court in Los Angeles, the unveiled woman, which was referred to as “Jin de”, says Mr. Parnett, “he smuggled” from Australia to the United Kingdom in 2017, “was tortured” and kept her as a “sexual slave” for six years.

She says that Mr. Barnett provided “frequent threats to her life and the lives of her minor children.”

The 75 -year -old, who is known as football players, including Gareth Bell and Jack Grilliche, said that the charges “have no basis in reality and are not correct.”

A statement issued by his lawyers said: “We will strongly defend this lawsuit through the appropriate legal process. I am looking to donate completely and cold.”

Mr. Barnet was classified as the strongest sports agent in the world in 2019 by Forbes magazine.

The civil case was presented on Wednesday.

According to the court documents, the couple met for the first time in the 1990s through a professional athlete in London, re -contacted online and then personally in 2017.

Within weeks, she moved to the UK with her teenage children – with Sports Agency Caa Stellar, headed by Mr. Barnett, covering animation.

The file says that upon her arrival, he told her that he “owns” and raped her in a hotel room.

Mr. Barnett continued to impose strict rules for his obedience at all times, indicating that he is “my lady” and “never says that”, according to the case.

The complaint continues to describe the alleged degrading verbs that included drinking urine or eating stools.

The alleged torture also included the woman “overnight, without food or water.”

She says she was “threatened, threatened, tortured and held” in slavery in various locations all over the world, including Los Angeles, from 2017 to 2023.

Court documents indicate that the parent companies of CAA, ICM and Caa talent agencies, “failed to find and/or deliberately ignore”, large payments were made between 2017 and 2023, although women were not athletic or an agent.

The court documents say that Mr. Barnett used “money and power to maintain forced control” over the woman who was “for fear of her life and the lives of her children.”

According to La Times, Caa said she had first heard of women’s allegations last year when her lawyers submitted demands for settlement – and the press inquired.

“While the complaint tries to link these allegations to CAA’s work, Mrs. Du was not at all an employee, advisor or contractor in CAA, ICM or a star, and she had no commercial link to CAA, ICM or Stellar,” CAA said in her statement.

“CAA takes any allegations of this kind seriously, and through the lawyer, Ms. Doe immediately urged the law enforcement in the United Kingdom.”
