Smoke leak at New Mexico cheese factory sends workers to hospital

More than a dozen workers were transported to area hospitals by ambulances and private vehicles Monday morning after acid was mixed with chlorine to create toxic smoke at the cheese factory (not pictured), the Curry County Sheriff’s Office reported.
