Singapore was again named the most expensive city in the world to live well, according to the Global Wealth and Lifestyle 2025 report issued by Swiss Julius Baer. This is the second year in a row in which the existing city has been topped, which is classified as international cities based on the cost of maintaining a high -quality lifestyle.
The report examines the cost of enjoying a comfortable and extreme lifestyle in the main cities-including housing, cars, food, health services and other luxuries. It explains how changing spending habits, high prices, and transferring wealth constitute the best cities in the world for the wealthy.
Hong Kong rose to second this year, while London moved to third. It includes the remaining 10 Shanghai, Monaco, Dubai, New York, Paris, Sao Paulo and Milan.
With five cities in the first ten places, Asia continues to control classifications, while highlighting the increasing impact in the region in global wealth and luxury markets. Dubai’s steadfast height reflects its increasing attractiveness among individuals of high value, and the Sao Paulo jump from eighteenth to ninth shows how the increasing local costs of the global luxury map change.
The report also indicates that although homes and luxury cars still cost them, many wealthy people are now spending more on experiments such as travel and good food and wellness instead of expensive goods.
The results of this year also reflect changes in health care spending. The hospital accommodation cost increased by 20 percent worldwide. The costs of education, including international school fees, have also witnessed a remarkable increase. Julius Bayer also found that personal coaches and fitness club membership is among the few luxury services in which prices remained relatively stable across the regions.
