The Philippine authorities are investigating that dozens of fighters who had disappeared three years ago were killed and received in a larger lake.
At least 34 men disappeared – who were accused of installing fighting matches – without a trace in the capital, Manila and its surrounding provinces.
Six of the suspects were later due to the kidnapping, and on Thursday, one of them claimed in a television interview that the victims were suffocated to death and threw in Lake Tal, which surrounds an active volcano.
