Liverpool star Mohamed Salah won the title of best player in the Football Players Association (PFA) in the year 2025, becoming the first football player to demand honor three times.
The 33 -year -old attacked enjoyed an amazing campaign as Liverpool regained the Premier League title, where he ended the best scorer in the department with 29 goals and also provided 18 decisive passes.
Salah had already crowned a player in the Premier League in this season and football player for football writers for the year, as he finished a clean sweeping of an individual honor from 2024-25.
Speaking after collecting his last prize, Salah was reflected in his journey from Egypt to the summit of European football. He said: “Of course, I wanted to be a football player and wanted to be famous and to be available to my family, but you do not think about big things when you are still in Egypt.”
“When you grow, you start to see things differently and start getting ambition and start seeing the biggest picture.”
Salah beat a competition from his teammate on Liverpool Alexis McAl Alesster, Captain Manchester United Bruno Fernandez, Newcastle Alexander Issak, Chelsea striker Cole Palmer, and Arsenal midfielder Diklan Rice, who were also shortened.
Elsewhere, Aston midfielder Villa Morgan Rogers won the title of best young player of the year after his impressive performance in the Unai Emery team last season.
The PFA MERIT Award went to the former director of England Gareth Southgate, in appreciation of his contribution to the national team and the wider game. Southgate stepped down in July after leading England to the successive and semi -finals of the European Championship in the World Cup during his term for eight years.
