The armed forces in Ukraine confirmed that the Russian missile strike struck a military training unit, causing a number of losses.

The Ukrainian ground forces said late on Tuesday that three service employees were killed and wounded 18.

The army did not say the place of training, although one of the Ukrainian war correspondents, Andre Tablianco, said that he was in the Cherhnif region north of Kiev, which borders Russia and Plasia.

The Russian Ministry of Defense released a video of what it claimed was a blow by the Iskandar Ballisti missile in a wooded area that included more than 20 group explosions.

The video cannot be verified immediately, but the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that the number of Ukrainian losses was much higher than what the Ukraine army said. There has been no other word from the army since Tuesday.

“Despite the security measures that were taken, unfortunately, it was not possible to avoid losses completely between the employees,” the Ukrainian ground forces said in a statement on social media.

This is the third Russian attack on the Ukrainian training unit in more than two months.

The ISKANDer missile attack was killed on a camp in the northern border area of Sumi six soldiers in May, and another hit 12 people and wounded 60 years last month.

The protection of Ukrainian forces on exercises is especially sensitive to the army, which it said will achieve whether “procedures or failure between officials” have led to deaths or injuries in the missile strike on Tuesday evening.

Mykhailo Drapatyi resigned after the deadly attack last month, saying that the victims were “youth from a training battalion” and that most of them were in shelters at that time.
