Russia and Ukraine complete 1000 prisoners, swap; Moscow launches a major attack on drones and missiles

Russia and Ukraine put the completion of the largest exchange of prisoners on Sunday, which reflects a rare moment of cooperation in failed efforts to reach a ceasefire in more than more than Three years of war.
