Rangers’ criticism of Rangers was “not an attack on anyone personally” but he insists that he is not in the club “playing games.”

Rangers was drafted on Saturday after Murawell won a draw late from 1-1 on the day of the opening of the Scottish League season.

Martin then said that some of his players should “drop the ego” and that the club will have to “work on those who want to be everything.”

Speaking before Tuesday in the first league on Tuesday, Martin did not sit, and he did not retract his evaluation of his performance.

“I will always be honest with players and supporters,” he said. “I am not only here to play any games and be a politician and all of that. I am in a job that requires certain things, and when we don’t fail, there is no benefit in hiding behind things.

“The main problem on Saturday was not knowledge, it was not the ability, it was a position. I was not emotional on Saturday, it was exactly what I said to the players. The response was good.

“It is the same old things that you said from the first day, which are fighting, and the desire to run, to help each other. It is difficult to play in this club; it’s not for everyone, not easy. You should be a truly flexible and strong person.

“The things you talked about are the subjective that you talked about throughout football. It is really difficult when difficult moments pass, you are returning to trying to protect yourself, but in reality, it doesn’t help.

“We were not difficult to play against Saturday, so this is what happened. There was no use in sugar in sugar; players know what to expect.

When the ego interrogated the players, Martin added: “This depends on how to determine the ego. When I talk about it, it is self -preserved things. I do not mean it in a bad way. You need a little ego and some edge to play in this football club, definitely.

“To be successful here, to take the ball, to want to show people that you are a good player, you have to get it. So it’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Sky Sports’ Chris Boyd said that it was “worrying” that Martin was calling his players early until his term, while Chris Soton said that the Rangers coach was right to do so.

“Gold early with what?” Martin said in response. “There is no option to be honest sometimes, then sometimes no.

“This is what I feel in life in general and in my job. How I was for six years with the players. There was several times when I did it in previous clubs and never had to do this again.

“But again, it’s the same conversation with the players. Then when they come and look at things, I think they understand why they said. So it is not an attack on anyone personally.”

Martin continued: “We are three games, we were not beaten in any of their games, but we have a lot to improve and work on. The things that must be improved technically and tactically should be. While we build and change a lot, change can be often chaotic, and the things we need to work on cannot be mental.

“The rest of that must be, details, artistic things, and tactical things. We will work on it together, and we will improve and develop, but let’s build them on a really strong mental basis where we go.

“It is the behavior and customs learned. We need to create better habits throughout the entire team, throughout the club.
