Roger Beni is removed as BCCI president; The replacement has been completed

According to a report issued by India today, Rajeev Shukla is likely to take over the position of the temporary chair of the Cricket Control Council in India, although there is no official announcement yet.

Roger Benny will reach the president of BCCI 70 on July 19, 2025. The former World Cup cake player will not be eligible to reach this position, according to the BCCI constitution, which follows the national sports law. According to the rules, the person stops having an office when he reaches the age of 70.
