Manchester United coach Robin Amom says he hopes to get time to show how his system will develop, but insists that the Pope will make him change him now for fear of what the players think.

“No, no, no,” he said. “Not once (I thought about change). Not even the Pope (it can make me), it will not change.”

Amorim has maintained that he will abide by his formation 3-4-2-1, although the worst victory rate in any United coach since World War II and supervises his worst start in the Premier League for 33 years.

United collected the lowest points of any team in the Premier League ever – with one average for each game, with a difference of 1-13 – since Amorim was appointed last November.

Start 5:30 pm

Amorim did not talk to the co -owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe about his regime during the talks this week, but he says that there will be changes to him if he got the time.

“This is my job, my responsibility, my life, I will not change that but I will change the system, there will be development but we need to take all good steps,” said Amomim before Manof against Chelsea on Saturday. Sky Sports.

However, he is concerned about what his team will think if he changes now and hopes to be responsible for a long time to happen.

“If you are a player and I have a coach who has a lot of pressure to change the system and I will change at this moment, they will look at me in a different way,” he said.

“When you think about the impact of any decision on the team, everything is important.

“That will be a development. I do things on my way. Some men do it in a different way. It will change, I hope I have time to change.”

One of the problems related to the Amorem system was in the midfield where Bruno Fernandez played a deeper role. Amorim believes that it still has a higher impact on the field and is an integral part of making it dominate games.

“Bruno wants all freedom in the world, but even when he played a role number 10, he restores the ball,” he said. “Maybe he does not have the same freedom to enter the box, but he reaches there and is close to the box and can get clips.

“I want Bruno to be more deep to get more possession to try to control more game. We are doing it. Sometimes Bruneo misses a little at the forefront, perhaps because (Matheus) was not being there. I try to balance the team and imagine the game.

“I see Bruno (do) well. He is frustrating because he does not win matches. Sometimes he loves to go further but he has a job to do. The important thing is that Bruno does not play well, he is the team plays well and wins football matches.”

Amorim believes that the data shows an improvement despite her belief that she lacks belief compared to Liverpool, who were winning in late matches.

He said: “It is belief, confidence and aggression. It is everything. Sometimes we call luck. It is the way we play the game with more faith.

“Liverpool wins all the games in the ninety minute, it’s something related to the teams that win the feeling that something will happen. Sometimes with us, I feel the opposite. We play well but there is something wrong.

“We need to change that but only with victories. If you look at the goals against Man City, Fulham, we scored against Burnley, we are good in the game but then draw. All these moments I think we can do what is better. It’s our mistake.”

Alejandro Grancho returns to Old Trafford for the first time since he moved to Chelsea, which is 40 million pounds, after he told him that he might leave at the end of last season and was not training with the first Amorim team during the pre -season.

In response to a question about whether the transportation can bring in reverse results on Man UTD, Amorim said: “I am not worried about it. I just want to win the matches. I don’t care who plays with the opponent, (or) what people will say in the end if the player is playing well. They are good players and play well if things happen. My only focus is to win the match.”
