“Rich on paper, breaking in fact”: Bengaluru engineers call financial insecurity via the Internet

Although some of the highest salaries in the technology sector in India earn, the Bengaluru engineers say they remain financially unsafe – salary compensation, loss of sleep on EMIS, low jobs, and retirement that feels increasingly far -reaching.

A post on Team Blind captured the increasing frustration: “We are the backbone of global technology … However, when it comes to financial security, most of us still live a salary.” The unknown user pointed to the high income, but the stagnant peace of mind, asking others whether their companies offer anything that exceeds “Platitudes”.

Feelings reflect a wider issue. The average annual salaries of VIP technology in Bangaluru range from $ 2 million to $ 5 million, with more than $ 10 million.
