Regency Center Corp is one of the largest owners of the United States, operators and shopping malls. Its headquarters is located in Jacksonville, Florida, including 482 joint ventures at the end of 2024 with about 50 million square feet of the total area. The Regency’s Portfolio focuses on the open -air real estate in urban areas, dances in high commercial and traffic suburbs.
