Rajev Mantri’s Navam Capital urges PM MDI to submit repairs

Rajeev Mantri, the founder and partner of Navam Capital, issued an explicit criticism of the economic scene of India in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s last for the “Voice For Local” campaign. In a joint joint publication on X (formerly Twitter), Mantri highlighted structural efficiency and urged the government to focus on long economic reforms instead of relying only on national consumer calls.

According to Mantri, even after 35 years of economic liberalization, India remains a competitive in the main global markets – not because of the lack of initiative, but due to systemic failures by successive governments. He referred to continuous issues such as the functional dysfunctional credit system, the poor application of contracts, the outdated labor laws, and the bureaucratic obstacles in the acquisition of lands.

He also warned that despite the directly liberated foreign investment policies, Indian entrepreneurs are disabled through the self -deficiency of local policy. He said: “There are a number of structural reforms for a long time. There is nothing that has been moving at the forefront at all,” adding that local frictions, rather than external competition, hinder India.

In office, Mantri also criticized the “Indian purchase” call without treating quality and competitiveness. “Why should consumers spend their hard -winged money on products and services that do not correspond to what some companies from abroad offer?” He asked.

Using an example of intended wedding parties, he argued that hosting a wedding in India often costs two to three times more than Thailand or Indonesia, due to the structure of poor tourism tourism in India and expensive hospitality services.

Mantri has concluded his call with a message directly to the Prime Minister: “Please make your reform obligations and promises, no one else can do this. We citizens do not prevent the accidental sermon, but in the end work is what matters.”

His position has sparked a discussion online, withdrawing support, as well as criticism of his explicit accent and the ingenious criticism of the economic performance of the Indian state.
