Princess of Crown Prince Norway suspected of 23 crimes, including rape

Police said on Friday that the son of the Princess of Crown Prince Norway suspected three rape and 23 crimes.

Marius Burg Hobby, a future king’s steps in Norway, was arrested three times separate last year, in August, September and November.

After achieving it for 10 months, the Norwegian police have now handed the case to the prosecutors who will decide whether to be charged with the press, the police lawyer Andreas Crossky said.

Hubby Peter Sikolic’s lawyer said his client “takes accusations seriously, but he does not recognize any violations in most cases – especially cases related to sexual assault and violence.”

The 28 -year -old, who had no royal title or official duties, was under investigation since his arrest on August 4, 2024 on suspicion of attack.

The statement said that Hobby was interrogated several times during the fall of 2024 and the spring of 2025 and “cooperated with the police.”

Among the crimes, the police said that Hobby was suspected of being four charges of offensive behavior, and the charge of abuse in a close relationship and two charges of physical harm.

Police confirmed that some cases that involve sexual crimes were rejected due to the “statute of limitations and the reasons for proof.”

“I can’t go into more details about the number of victims in the case that exceeds a dual number,” said Mr. Crosski.

The Royal House Norway noted in a statement that the case was going through the legal system and had nothing else to add it.
