The Treasury said: “Many entities participating in oil shipments in Sepehr Energy are part of a detailed system for oil smuggling and money laundering, and controls it directly or behaves on behalf of Sepehr energy,” adding that it also controls “The mediator is receiving shipments from Iranian oil, which was delivered to the refineries of the independent tea jug in China.”
The sanctions came shortly after Trump delivered a speech in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and urged Iran to take a “new and better path.” The Trump administration is in talks with Iran to obtain a new nuclear deal.

Nevertheless, through his speech, the president warned of the “maximum mass pressure” if Iran does not contact an agreement.
“As I made it clear and repeatedly, I am ready to end previous conflicts and establish new partnerships for a better and more stable world, even if our differences are deep,” Trump said. “If the leadership of Iran rejects this olive branch … we will have no choice but to get the maximum pressure and pay Iranian oil exports to scratch.”

Trump has announced a 60 -day time frame to reach an agreement with Iran on the illegal atomic weapons program. The first negotiation session in the United States with Iran began on April 12.

Trump’s Steve Witkev’s special envoy met with Iranian officials in the fourth round of nuclear talks during the weekend.
