Poland elections: TRZASKOWSKI wins the critical vote of the presidency

It seems that Rafal Tarsinski, mayor of Warsaw, has won the first round of the elections. Prime Minister Donald Tusk hopes that his victory will eventually help pay a liberal agenda.
