After training this person for more than a month, he left the field in June.

Now, he says he is happier in his new role, although the wage is still low. “I have a young, supportive and vibrant work, and a manager who focuses on quality instead of login times,” he wrote.

He also participated in how his old colleagues helped improve their CVs and move to better jobs. He said the results were immediate. “The old team’s resignation engineer dropped within 15 days of leaving the team, negotiating 70 % in addition to 1.6 to the bonus and only two days near its original homeland.
